Bob was born in New York City, began cello studies at age 9 in the public school system and gave his first recital one year later. He entered the Juilliard Preparatory
Division as a scholarship student and later enrolled in the Juilliard School where he received Bachelor and Master of Music degrees.
After graduating Bob played chamber music full time and served on the faculty of the University of Virginia until 1983 when he became a regular with the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra. He later joined the Baltimore Symphony and in 1985 became a member of the Philadelphia Orchestra.

Dr. Françoise Wilhelmi de Toledo was born in Geneva (Switzerland), where she graduated in medicine in 1981. At the age of 18, she discovered fasting and dedicated her life to guiding long-term fasting (LF) patients at the Buchinger Wilhelmi clinics in Überlingen (South-Germany) and Marbella (South Spain).
These clinics were founded by Dr. Otto Buchinger 100 years ago and are now led by his family 4th generation. They a medical infrastructure with multidisciplinary staff in a unique natural environment. They treat every year around 6000 people from all over the world, 70% of them practicing LF.
As Medical Scientific Director she is in charge of the scientific documentation in partnership with international university centers. Stan Malek had severe cases of psoriasis but discovered better food could heal him which led him to transition to being a homesteader.
Stan Malek is a Homesteader who also works full time as a law enforcement officer. After battling worsening psoriasis for years, he discovered the power of quality foods and it’s impact on his skin condition. Recognizing the cost of organic food was very expensive, Stan knew he needed to do something to make obtaining these foods more affordable. Without any experience, Stan decided to start growing his own food in his small backyard which was within a traditional city neighborhood. Stan began with a few raised beds. As produce grew, confidence was gained.
More importantly, Stan’s psoriasis improved significantly. The improvement to his psoriasis motivated Stan to produce and raise even more food. Stan then made the decision to move just outside of the City to a 3 acre slice of heaven, where he created Rocky Creek Homestead.
Stan now grows even more of his own produce and preserves much of his harvest. Along with growing produce, he also raises Kune Kune pigs, chickens and rabbits. Stan is now a YouTube influencer sharing his experiences in hopes to help others who may be suffering from psoriasis or have an interest in growing their own food.
Shereen Yusuff refers to herself as someone who loves experiencing all that her body and her mind has to offer.
Shereen Yusuff refers to herself as someone who loves experiencing all that her body and her mind has to offer. She grew up in Oman where she played tennis competitively as a child, and later on, graduated with an engineering degree from a university in India. She moved locations numerous times (China, UK, U.S., Brazil, Colombia and Ivory Coast) through work and her stint in all of these countries helped her become more aware on how different everyone’s approach to life was and how the society we lived in had a huge role to play in terms of how we ended up as individuals. She realized that a lot of people, including herself, conformed to social norms instead of being true to ourselves.
This realization pushed Shereen to dig deeper to understand her true identity. She started exploring her inner being through different avenues – martial arts, free style dancing, lifting weights, travellng, hiking, climbing, long distance endurance events – marathons, ultra marathons, Ironmans – through which she grasped how important nutrition and sleep were in terms of recovery and fuel for the body. She also began to experience the power of her mind through being able to achieve these feats – some with no training !
In 2016, she had her first surgery – she tore her ACL and for the first time she was unable to experience life as vigorously as she was used to. This made her delve more into breath work. It was during this time that she went back to the basics, and started focusing more on strengthening her foundation through joint mobility again. She went on to getting certified by the Onnit Academy in Austin, and exposed her self to other certifications like FRC and workshops in Body Mind Centering and Animal Flow. The breathwork eventually led her to the Wim Hof Method and Buteyko Method where she went on to becoming a certified Breath Instructor in both the techniques.
What she learned through her journey of movement and breath has helped her understand the power associated with having total body mind alignment and having your brain and heart work for you versus against you. She is now excited to share this knowledge with as many people as she can.
Her vision is to have breath and movement taught to every individual through which everyone will lead a happier, healthier and stronger, and most importantly, a medication free life.

Adam turned to meditation when his Manhattan based advertising agency and the associated responsibilities were growing beyond what coffee and happy hour could handle. Although he was not necessarily looking for a spiritual path, and neither was he really doing all that he could for his health, to be honest, the blessings of these esoteric and occult teachings found him anyway.
Lifelong asthma, seasonal allergies, migraines, and other everyday issues vanished in mere months, and after only a few years, the profound depression from childhood trauma that Adam was experiencing began to dissolve and disappear. During more than a decade of exploration, Adam has studied with and been trained by many incredible individuals including several world champions of various martial arts, two Grand Masters of the Shaolin Temple, practitioners from The Medicineless Hospital, and a vast number of both well known and never-heard-of spiritual
teachers from Buddhist, Tibetan, Taoist, Hindu, and other established dogmas that altogether cultivated such a presence of being that people started to request that Adam teach these techniques and philosophies that were so clearly in his heart.
That’s how Relax with Adam came to be, and why Adam is devoted to helping his fellow humans find what resonates with them, because there’s a thousand ways to meditate and a million reasons why, but whatever your reason is, Adam makes it fun, so that you’ll stick with it.

Over the past twenty years in the field, she has served as the director of an Alzheimer’s unit in an assisted living facility in Maryland, the director of development at a senior enrichment program in Israel, trainer for dementia caregivers, facilitator of support groups, and international lecturer on aging topics.
