Ann Bernard is the Master of First Times, the creator of the #365FirstsChallenge, and the First Time Story Map Project. She’s the CEO of the 365Firsts, Inc. which has three divisions: First Time Storytelling, #365FirstsChallenge, and Next Level Firsts Coaching.

Ann has been obsessed with self-development her entire life. She’s been both her own guinea pig and “mad” scientist since the young age of nine years old, when trapped with her worse fear she learned: You can be trapped by your fears or freed by facing them. There’s nothing she teaches that she hasn’t learned through experience. As a Marine, serial entrepreneur, world traveler, and thrill seeker the list of what’s she’s done is rather extensive.

Bob was born in New York City, began cello studies at age 9 in the public school system and gave his first recital one year later. He entered the Juilliard Preparatory

Division as a scholarship student and later enrolled in the Juilliard School where he received Bachelor and Master of Music degrees.

After graduating Bob played chamber music full time and served on the faculty of the University of Virginia until 1983 when he became a regular with the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra. He later joined the Baltimore Symphony and in 1985 became a member of the Philadelphia Orchestra.

As an avid soloist and chamber musician, he has performed recitals and appeared in major cities of the world.

In 1999, Bob was stricken with a virulent case of Multiple Sclerosis, which left him nearly blind and without the use of his hands. His doctor told him he would be on permanent disability. Bob has made a complete and remarkable recovery and has written a book detailing his journey: When the Music Stopped: My Battle and Victory against MS.

Bob is in demand as a motivational speaker, delivering inspiration and hope to those afflicted with chronic illnesses.

Rena Yudkowsky, a professional memory coach and geriatric social worker, is the founder of Memory Matters.

Rena Yudkowsky, a professional memory coach and geriatric social worker, is the founder of Memory Matters. She teaches online memory improvement courses to mid-lifers and seniors. Over the past twenty years in the field, she has served as the director of an Alzheimer’s unit in an assisted living facility in Maryland, the director of development at a senior enrichment program in Israel, trainer for dementia caregivers, facilitator of support groups, and international lecturer on aging topics.

Currently, she is the memory coach for an international anti-aging clinic where she does 1:1 coaching and is working on a comprehensive program to prevent dementia.

Adam turned to meditation when his Manhattan based advertising agency and the associated responsibilities were growing beyond what coffee and happy hour could handle. Although he was not necessarily looking for a spiritual path, and neither was he really doing all that he could for his health, to be honest, the blessings of these esoteric and occult teachings found him anyway.

Lifelong asthma, seasonal allergies, migraines, and other everyday issues vanished in mere months, and after only a few years, the profound depression from childhood trauma that Adam was experiencing began to dissolve and disappear. During more than a decade of exploration, Adam has studied with and been trained by many incredible individuals including several world champions of various martial arts, two Grand Masters of the Shaolin Temple, practitioners from The Medicineless Hospital, and a vast number of both well known and never-heard-of spiritual
