It may feel difficult to motivate yourself during quarantine to stay fit, but keeping active is an important part of being healthy and happy. A great way to motivate yourself is by trying new fitness options that you can do at home, outside, or at a near by park.

Many gyms have now switched to an online version, offering classes to both members and to interested customers. If you don’t plan to join a gym anytime soon, there’s also many guided workout videos on Youtube. Trending now is high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which is a combination of intense periods of cardiovascular exercise and less intense aerobic exercise. This has earned a reputation for being optimal for weight-loss and staying fit on a limited time.

Purchase a Simple New Piece of Equipment
